Based in the U.K. and born in the U.S. Colleen combines over 20 years of corporate, financial, startup and advisory experience with a human-centred coaching approach.  She started Coaching Leaders to bridge the gap that companies and leaders find between strategy and execution.  She has built companies as well as high-performing teams.  She knows initimately the impact setting measurable goals and delivering tangible results with confidence can bring to a company's success. 

 

Colleen is an athlete and coach representing the US in Masters Hockey as well as playing for her club locally in London.  She believes success and failure on a sports field translates well into the Board Room. 

 

She is excited to bring her experience and work to your company.  She has an MBA from Babson College and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a former Fixed Income Fund Manager at Schroders Investment Management and has worked with over 20 companies in Board, Advisory and C-Suite level positions including Founder, CEO and COO.
